I always feel like September is the new January – a time for fresh starts, new beginnings, and setting intentions that light up our path. 🌟✨

In fact, I feel much more focussed in September than I do in January.

Maybe it’s the back-to-school excitement in the air. Or, maybe it’s the fact that there are only really three months left in the year. (I don’t count December as that is a month of winding down and “endings”.)

But September, I’m here for it. The earth tilts, and the sunlight changes inviting us to transition and set an intention. It’s an exhilarating time when you start a new chapter in your personal growth, health journey, or exciting projects. I’m personally setting intentions in all of these areas. 💪

So, three months. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but you really can rewrite your story in three months.
