The Desire Map Book
I first picked up The Desire Map over four years ago when I was on the brink of some major life changes – one of which was leaving my corporate job to finalize my coaching certifications and start my own company. It has since become a dear friend, and I am now licensed to facilitate in this methodology. This book guides you to identify your core desired feelings across various areas of your life, from body and wellness to relationships and work. It then helps you to put those insights into practice by setting your goals and intentions accordingly. I use these techniques throughout my coaching practice. A must read, in my opinion!
The Law of Attraction Planner
So this is the planner I’m trying out this year. I love that it’s compact, but at the same time there’s enough space for my to-do list along with all the other areas for balance and personal improvement.
The planner comes in a weekly or monthly format, as well as dated for the current year and undated.
